Compare up to six commercial leases with varying provisions for CPIs, pass-throughs, build-outs and other considerations, and see immediately how the leases stack up economically. A data input section is provided for each. There you can enter whatever information is pertinent in these areas:

- Pass-throughs for electricity, taxes and other operating expenses, including stops and tenant's percentage over the stops; first-year estimates; growth rates and caps

This report provides a complete analysis for each lease being compared up to Year 10. Summary Report
This is a presentation-quality report which condenses the important facts of each lease. Then, on a single page, it pits lease against lease, allowing you to view the most important financial measures of each.
