Product Details:
Real Estate Investment Analysis (REIA) Lite Edition is income-property investment analysis software for the entrepreneurial investor and all others involved in income property analysis. Despite is small price tag; it has many of the big features of our Standard Edition. It is fast, compact, and makes quick work of analyzing measures of investment quality and producing professional reports.

In particular, if you do not need to make the type of detailed unit-by-unit analysis offered by our Standard Edition, or if you have no need of partnership or lease vs. buy analyses, then the "Lite" Edition may be the ideal choice.

The Unit-by-Unit Income Summary is replaced by a simpler Rent Roll, with one row of data for each unit. You enter the average monthly rent each year for each unit, or a starting rent and a global rate of increase.

The Annual Property Operating Data is very similar to the Standard Edition, but does not include expense pass-throughs.

Some of the more esoteric items have been removed from the Cashflow and Resale Analysis, such as exchange basis, personal property and Historic Rehab Tax Credit. The "Lite" edition does not include the Partnership Analysis or the Lease vs. Buy Analysis.

The "Lite" Edition can be the perfect choice for the entrepreneurial investor dealing with less complex investment scenarios, or for the professional who wants to make a quick preliminary analysis before spending time on a more detailed examination of a property. You can upgrade at any time to the Standard Edition as your needs require.

The program's file size is substantially smaller than that of the Standard Edition. This means that it loads, prints and saves much faster, and takes up less disk space.
