a. is offensive, hateful, obscene, pornographic, threatening, abusive, or promotes or endorses any illegal activity;
b. infringes on copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights; - You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless The Publisher, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses or expenses, including reasonable legal costs, arising out of or in any way connected with any breach by you of these Terms of Use.
- If you do not agree to these Terms, then you agree to refrain from using the Certificate or Badge associated with this Course.
- The Publisher may revise these Terms at any time and without notice. Your continued use of the Certificate or Badge constitutes acceptance of any changes or modification made by the Publisher to these Terms of Use.
