New Article: Real Estate Project Feasibility – What’s Behind Door #1?
Whatever the reason (could it be the economy, silly?), we've fielded a number of calls from developers asking how they can use our software to analyze potential development deals. We thought this might be a good time to talk about a pair of venerable perspectives on new-project feasibility: the so-called front-door and back-door approaches. Last month we launched a series of online tutorials about RealData software. We hoped you would find these worthwhile and apparently many of you did because the traffic has been brisk. If you currently own some of our products (and especially if you're a relatively new user), be sure to take a look. They take a few minutes each and highlight key features you should know about.
