Does the e-course work on all Windows and Mac computers?
Yes, and for this product you do not need Microsoft Excel. Windows users view the e-course in e-book html format. Mac users are provided with the same content in a PDF file.
How large is the program?
The e-course installer file is approximately 2.7 MB; the PDF file is about 300 KB
I am concerned about downloading your software.
The majority of RealData customers download their software. You can easily make your own backup by saving the installer file to a floppy disk or burning it to a CD. You can contact us at any time to reinstall your software or obtain your serial number. Alternately, you can login to your customer account to download your software and or get your product information.
How long does it take to download the software?
RealData's software installer files 3 to 15 minutes at most with a 56k dialup connection and of course much faster with a DSL or cable connection.
How often do you upgrade and what is the cost?
We upgrade our programs approximately every two years and make minor interim updates on a regular basis. See our upgrades and builds pages for more information. Updates to the e-course in particular are free of charge.
Is your online purchasing secure?
Yes, RealData has its own secure certificate and encrypts all information during the ordering process.
How is RealData's software licensed?
Our software is licensed to an individual for his or her use only. Please see our license agreement.
