Problem: The RealData menu is not visible in the program. You may not have received the Excel enable macro dialog but macros are functioning.
Other commercial add-ins for Excel may conflict with your use of the RealData product. We have heard that Sparklines (http://sparklines-excel.blogspot.com/) can cause an odd behavior or two. The net result appears to be that RealData’s auto-open macro code does not run. Macros may be enabled but you will not see the RealData menu.
Solution: Temporarily disable other add-ins.
