Yes, we have many users outside the US who use our software for before-tax calculations. REIA Professional Edition includes an option to hide tax calculations altogether.
You can use our programs with your currency and metric units of measure as long as you are consistent throughout the program. All of our programs (except Personal Financial Statement and the Calculator) include an option to configure the currency and unit of measure.
