It is theoretically possible but in most cases probably not feasible.
Any type of import procedure relies on a highly structured process. The data you are importing needs to be compatible with the fields within the RealData product. The import would require custom code to move the data from the import file (presumably a csv file) into our product. This would involve hours of programming to accomplish.
It is common for our customers to create a file to monitor the returns with actual as-encountered data but they are manually entering that information.
