When opening a RealData program, you get an error message that says:
GetIDsOfNames failed for Excel Addins, return = -2147418111
This error indicates that our RealData launcher is unable to communicate with Microsoft Excel.
One cause – Excel is in Print Preview mode. If this is the case, close Print Preview mode and continue.
We would recommend that you close Excel entirely before trying to open our software. If the error persists, give us a call for assistance.
