Are macros enabled?
First, be sure that macros are in fact enabled. Click on any button within the program to test.
Excel 2010 and Later
It is possible that you saved the file in the .xlsx format which strips the macro code from the file. In this case not only will the RealData menu be absent but all buttons and macro functions within the product will not work. If you have REIA Pro or PFS, you can use our Import feature to copy your data to a new blank template
Excel 2007
This is an unusual occurrence and appears to be a bug in Excel 2007 whereby the Excel add-in is not properly installed.
