Getting a runtime error or run time error when trying to print a report on a RealData product for the Mac?
If so, chances are you need to upgrade the version of Excel that you are using. Open Excel and from the top Excel menu on the right side, click on Help. Now click on “Check for Updates.” You may need to repeat this process of checking more than once. Best to do so until you receive a message saying there are no updates available at this time.
