Q: Does REIA Ultra-Lite Edition work on all Windows computers?
A: Yes, but you need to have Microsoft Excel 2000 or greater installed on your computer. Microsoft Works, Quattro Pro, Star Office and other spreadsheets will not run our programs.

Q: Which Edition of REIA is right for me?
A: The Ultra-Lite Edition is perfect for residential property investors and those who do not need the extra features found in the Standard Edition. See the REIA Features Comparison page for more information.
Q: How large is the program?
A: The file size is approximately 2 MB.
Q: Can I customize your REIA Ultra-Lite?
A: No, unlike many of our other products, Ultra-Lite's worksheets are password protected and cannot be modified. You can, however, make additions to the program within blank user worksheets.
Q: Does the program come with a User's Guide?
A: Yes, the software installs with a comprehensive user guide in PDF format. Additionally, you can find answers to your questions in the knowledgebase on the realdata.com website.
