When trying to print, an error message appears that says “Type 53 error” “File not found: pdfxcsup.dll”

This indicates that the PDF print driver is not installed on your computer. We recommend that you install / reinstall your software.

Users typically see this error message when they have carried a property analysis from one machine to another.

Important Note! This only applies to older releases of RealData software prior to about 2016.
