Issue – You cannot enable macros in a RealData file that is saved out on the cloud in Microsoft OneNote. However, files on your local machine open and you CAN enable macros.
Resolution – We are not aware of a fix to this Microsoft issue. As a workaround, copy or move your analysis file to your local machine’s drive, work on it there, and then copy or move it back to OneNote once you have finished your changes.

One customer has reported to us that files he uploaded to OneNote can still be opened with macros enabled but files created by associates do not open with macros enabled.
