Important considerations for the lease up period.

You may choose to have no lease up period or you can set its length to any number of months in row 214 on the Project Data worksheet. If you do choose to have a lease up period for your project, then the total project cost will include any expenses included in rows 216 through 218. The program presumes that the permanent loan begins after the completion of development or beginning of the lease up period, so the total project cost will also include the cost of carrying the permanent loan.
