You get an error message when trying to open a RealData program that begins with “This document is password protected or encrypted”
The full error message is
“This document is password protected or encrypted.
Open it in the application that saved it, remove the password or encryption,
then save it again.”
This error message may indicate that you do not have Microsoft Excel installed on your computer. The computer may instead be trying to open our software with Microsoft Works which includes a simple spreadsheet program. This program will not however properly run our software.
