Here’s another report you can take to the bank! You know that you need a personal financial statement with virtually every loan application, and many commercial lenders demand that you submit an updated statement each year. Ours will provide plenty of information, and will probably look better and more professional than the bank’s own form. Enter your personal information, then just update whatever has changed and reprint it as needed. You can enter all of your assets and liabilities easily, including multiple properties owned and multiple partnerships. Keep the information in the file, and when you need to submit another, all you’ll have to do is update whatever has changed. Click one button, and you’ll have a beautifully formatted presentation.

You can list up to 30 properties owned 100% by the applicant, as well as up to 14 owned at less than 100%.

We’ve also added a cash-in-accounts entry for each property, for those who maintain a separate bank account for each property. You can also indicate whether securities and other cash savings are part of your IRA, and IRA monies are shown as a separate line item.

You can choose between two modes: a single applicant and an applicant/co-applicant. When using the single-applicant mode, you can enter information in all data-entry areas (including those that would have been reserved for the co-applicant), effectively doubling the input capacity of the program. Switch back and forth between modes by clicking a single button.
