What is RealData's Affiliate Program?
The RealData, Inc. Affiliate Program offers a system by which approved real estate and financial web sites may act as resellers of selected RealData software products. (Note: Any spamming activity on your part will result in your immediate termination from our program).How does the program work?

Once you have signed up at esellerate.net and are approved as a RealData affiliate you will receive a unique affiliate ID. You will need to post linking code which includes your ID into your web site's HTML document. The banner or text link will appear on your site and will allow your visitors to purchase RealData products.What is the procedure to become an affiliate?
If that visitor then makes a purchase, your unique HTML link tracks the sale and and your commissions. This can be reviewed in your esellerate.net adminstration panel.

First, review our Affiliate Agreement. After you accept that agreement, then submit a request for an affiliate account through our affiliate manager esellerate.net. We will review your site for appropriate content and design. Sites with content of interest to real estate investors and developers, financial professionals, lenders, appraisers and commercial brokers will typically be the most suitable and have the greatest success. We will give consideration to sites in related disciplines. Please understand that the final decision to accept a site as an affiliate is entirely that of RealData, Inc. and we reserve the right to discontinue your participation if we feel your site contains content that is inappropriate.What do I do after my site is approved?

- Sites that are not related to the content areas described above
- Sites that are under construction
- Poorly designed or poorly presented sites
- Sites that are owned by persons or companies outside the United States
- Sites of companies that engage in telemarketing or unsolicited email marketing
You can log into your esellerate.net affiliate account using your new username and password. You can then access HTML code to use for links. This HTML code, which can be pasted directly into your web site, includes the tracking code used to calculate your individual sales and commissions.What is my affiliate commission?

How does the program track orders from my web site?The RealData, Inc. Affiliate Program commission is 15% to 17% of the software product order (sales tax and shipping excluded)
esellerate.net assigns each affiliate a User Name. This unique identifier is built into the HTML code that you place on your site and allows the esellerate.net ordering system to track your sales and commissions.When do I get paid for sales made at my site?

Affiliates will be paid quarterly for all monies due to them for sales generated during that preceeding quarter. Checks will be mailed to the affiliate account owner, typically with 30 days after the end of the quarter. You must provide us with a tax ID or social security number for proper reporting.What happens if products are returned or charged back?
